Football and Spirit programs offered to youth ages 7-13

Nashua PAL Boxing Gym
The Gym is open year round on Monday, Wednesday's and Friday's 3 to 8 pm. Ages 12 and above
are welcome. The Gym is sanctioned by USA Boxing. There is coaching for Amateur, Novice, & Open Divisions
Members where youth can compete annually in Silver Mittens (16 years and under)
and Golden Gloves (17 and above) tournaments. |

Nashua PAL Cross Country
Coordinated and organized with Nashua Elementary and Junior High
School students.
The Program runs from August through November.
Training schedule arranged by coaching staff.
Participants may qualify for USATF (United States Amateur Track &
Field) State, New England and National level competitions.
USATF Sanctioned.
Nationally Recognized and Award Winning. |

Nashua PAL Street Hockey
Is a Middle School program offered in the spring. Registration is done at the school. |

Nashua PAL Police Explorers
This is a continuous program for young adults ages 14-20 that are interested in Law Enforcement. Meetings are regularly held at the Nashua Police Department on Wednesdays from 7-9pm. |

during the School year are: Mon-Thurs 3 to 6pm Fri 3 to 5pm Evening programs vary
Summer: Mon-Fri 1 to 5 pm
Open to youth ages 7-18 years of age.
A free membership facility, which offers: Homework help daily with tutoring and computer learning. Recreation Room offering a pool table, table tennis, foosball, air hockey and games. Yard games include: basketball, street hockey, soccer and flag football.
